As a Certified Faith-Based Mindset Coach and your Accountability Partner: 

  • She uses Biblical Scripture, prayer, and actionable strategies, combined with God-inspired encouragement and support to steer you as you align your personal and professional aspirations.

  • Using a spiritual lens, she guides you as you reframe your self-limiting beliefs, i.e., “learned” perceptions about yourself that are false and act as mental barriers preventing you from achieving your true potential. As you conquer your self-limiting beliefs, it helps to build your confidence, self-worth and resilience.  ​
